BUL FC SECURES WALTER OCHORA FOR THE NEXT TWO SEASON

BUL FC is delighted to announce that Walter Ochora has renewed his contract with the club for the next two years.

Ochora, who joined BUL FC in the 2018/2019 season from KCCA FC, has been a vital component of the team’s defense from that time.

A stalwart in the backline, Ochora has been instrumental in shaping BUL FC’s defensive solidity. In addition to his defensive prowess, he has contributed significantly to the team’s offense, scoring 13 goals for BUL FC overall throughout his tenure.

 

On renewing his contract, Ochora said “ “Am excited to extend my stay at BUL FC, the love and the good environment here made it easy for me to stay.”

“There is a lot I need to achieve with this great club thus my stay here will make me accomplish it. My main target now in these two years is to win more trophies and mostly the Uganda premier league.”

Ochora played a key role in BUL FC’s historic and maiden Stanbic Uganda Cup title in 2021, a triumph that saw him emerge as the best defender for that campaign.

Serving as the second team captain, Ochora brings leadership and experience to the squad.

Coach Abbey Kikomeko said;

“I am happy that Ochora agreed to stay for the next two seasons, he is one of my best defenders. He has good qualities, character, attitude and loves the club so much. His contract extension will be vital to the club’s success.”

With his contract renewal, BUL FC ensures continued stability in the backline. The club is confident that Ochora will continue to bring his expertise, passion, and commitment to the team in the coming seasons.
