Madondo will be hoping to revive his scoring prowess after scoring just one goal at Gaddafi last season.
His goal scoring ability came to the fore back then at Busoga United (Kirinya Jinja SS) where he attracted a couple of suitors before joining Wydad Casablanca.
But his stint at Wydad lasted for seven months before his contract was terminated.
Madondo then had a short stint with DTB in Tanzania Second division before joining Gaddafi last year.
At BUL, a side that recently unveiled Abbey Bogere Kikomeko, he becomes the third signing in this ongoing transfer window.
The club has already unveiled Striker Gerald Ogweti and goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa while Hillary Onek had his contract renewed.
