YOUTHFUL FORWARD SIGNS FOR BUL FC

BUL FC is pleased to announce the signing of youthful forward Simon Achidi on a three-year contract.

Simon Achidi puts pen to paper

Achidi is currently a student at Jinja Progressive Academy (JIPRA), and his deal with the Eastern Giants will keep him at the club until 2028.

The 19 year-old began his football journey at Abafra Soccer Academy in Kiryadongo district. He then passed through Erima Soccer Academy before joining JIPRA.

His eye catching performances for the latter in the 2025 USSSA games in Ngora where he scored three goals was enough to impress our scouting team.

Expressing his excitement after signing the contract, Achidi said;
“I thank God because this is a dream come true. I have always dreamt of playing top-flight football, and here I am. I love this team, and I am here to achieve big goals with the club.”

Coach Abbey Kikomeko said;

“Achidi is a young, promising, and talented player. Our main goal is to develop younger players, and he joins a number of them from Jinja Progressive Academy, our main feeder school”.

“I believe his character and attitude suit well in our team.”
