At BUL FC, we firmly believe that the success of our young ones is a shared journey, one that thrives on the combined support of the club and the players’ families.

Today June 5, 2025, our club chairman Ronald Barente and technical team had an inspiring gathering for Under-17 team parents at Hotel Paradise On The Nile.
The event was a tremendous success, and we are excited to share the highlights with our community.

EMPOWERING PARENTS TO NURTURE FUTURE STARS
Our Chairman, Mr. Ronald Barente, delivered a powerful keynote address, guiding parents on how best they can support and nurture their children’s football talents.
Drawing from his vast experience in football management, Mr. Barente stressed the crucial role parental guidance plays in shaping the careers of young athletes.
“I thought it wise to engage our Under-17 player’s parents to interact and teach them how to handle their players so they can become better athletes in the future.
I highlighted the benefits of supporting their children properly and how parents themselves can gain from this journey. I was thrilled by the turnout and stressed the importance of allowing the boys time to rest, avoiding undue pressure, and encouraging them to prioritize education while maintaining discipline.” Mr. Ronald Barente, Chairman, BUL FC

OPEN DIALOGUE AND STRONGER PARTNERSHIPS.
The event was more than just an interaction, it was an open forum that allowed parents to ask questions, share concerns, and engage directly with our management team. This meaningful interaction showcased our commitment to fostering a supportive environment where young players can flourish.
A COLLABORATIVE PATH TO SUCCESS.
At BUL FC, our passion lies in developing the talents of our junior players. We recognize that this can only be achieved through a strong partnership between the club, parents, and players. We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our parents and look forward to working hand-in-hand to build a brighter future for our young stars.
VOICES FROM OUR COMMUNITY.
One parent, the father to starboy Gift Fred Mutalya, shared his appreciation:
“I have gained so much from this meeting and now understand how to better support my son Gift Fred to become a better player. I thank the chairman for taking the time to share his expertise with us. I also appreciate BUL FC’s management for always making time to bring us parents together to share ideas on developing youth talent.”

This heartfelt feedback reflects the positive impact of our efforts to engage parents and strengthen our club community. We remain committed to continuing this dialogue and exploring new ways to nurture the next generation of football stars.
