Match Day 15
UPDF VS BUL FC
Startimes Uganda Premier League
Date: friday-30th-jan
Time:4pm
Venue: Bombo Military Barracks
BUL Football Club make a trip to the Bombo military grounds on Friday to face UPDF FC in our ultimate match of the first round, aiming at finishing the first half of the season on a high note.

After two consecutive league victories, our winning run was cut short the last time out as we lost 2-1 away to Lugazi FC on Tuesday.
This means the 1-0 success against Calvary FC three weeks ago is the only time we have won on the road this season.
The team is currently sitting in the ninth place on the table with 16 points, resulting from the four wins, four draws, and six defeats in 14 matches.
On the other hand, UPDF FC also lost their immediate last game, 4-0 away to KCCA FC.
They rank 14th on the log with 11 points following a run of three wins, two draws, and nine losses.

Their only victory in front of their own fans this season was against Lugazi FC, who they defeated 2-0 in early December.
In the last meeting between the sides, BUL FC ran out 3-2 winners last year in Bombo.
TEAM NEWS
Team manager Alex Isabirye confirmed that defender Walter Ochora’s suspension is over after sitting out our previous game and has returned to the team’s fold. Apparently, the coach has a full squad as everyone is available for selection.
Alex Isabirye pre match reactions
I thank God for the gift of life. I believe our loss against Lugazi FC was not because we played poorly but because we had a bad day in office.
We corrected the mistakes we made in that game, and I believe we are well prepared for the UPDF match.
We are ready. The players are prepared and well motivated to see that we win the game tomorrow.

Forward Ibrahim Orit reactions
We lost our last game against Lugazi FC, but our focus is now on UPDF.
UPDF has been a challenging side to us mostly at their home, but we managed to win from their last season.
Both teams have had a bad run so far this season, but we are well motivated and ready to take the maximum points.
To our fans, we urge you to come in big numbers as you have been doing, and we promise to come back victorious from Bombo.
