Making History: BUL Women Football Team Ready for the season opener

The BUL Women Football Team is set to make history this Saturday, February 28th, as they embark on their maiden league journey against Ateker Women Football Team in Soroti. This marks the first league game for the team since its inception in 2025.

The technical team, led by Team Manager Remmy Kintu, Head Coach James Magala, and assisted by Rasul Aliyamba and Elina Talyaa, has been working tirelessly to prepare the team for this momentous occasion. Dr. Jesca Nabunya, the team doctor, is also on hand to ensure the players are in top shape.

Captain Shadia Nakiwala, assisted by Hadijjah Alinabyo and Nakato Mary, will lead the team onto the pitch. The squad is a mix of experienced and young players, all eager to make a mark in their debut season.
