Competion: Stanbic Uganda Cup
When: Monday May 31, 2021

Kick-Off Time: 3:30pm Live on TV
BUL’s latest obstacle in their path to snatching at least a silverware available is a tussle with reigning champion Proline FC.
After both side’s advanced to the Uganda Cup quarter finals it will be interesting to see if either side shows signs of fatigue from their respective endeavours. Managing league and cup matches after every two days has proved to be a huge burden most especially to teams with narrow squads
BUL’s hard-fought and emotional comeback from a goal down in Kabale has the more likely chance of producing a raise as Alex Isabirye’s men finally got over the hump of previous failures in the round of 16. It was a regional (Mvara Boys) team that knocked them out of this very competition last time.
The chance of a mythical win could allow for them to focus quickly on the task at hand, though tomorrow.
One-time Uganda Cup winner Denis Okot Oola will be frantic for a start to show he is a true character for any winning team we wish to see.
Alex Isabirye is lucky enough given the fact that he still has no fresh injuries apart from usual duo in Ambrose Kirya and Tibita Hamis both with knee discomfort.
Defender Kenneth Ssemakula is away for national team engagements, The Uganda Cranes sweeper is likely to miss out in tomorrow’s encounter
What he said:
“We have been working hard on the winning mentality and now that we have started winning, we want also to get clean-sheets as well. Yes, our defender Ssemakula did not train with the team today he’s with the national team but am yet to establish if he can be available for tomorrow but if it fails, we have enough replacements in here.” Alex Isabirye – Head Coach BUL FC
