BUL Football Club are back in Uganda Premier League action as we take on Mbarara City on match day 22 at Kyabazinga stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Eastern Giants took firm control of Uganda Cup round of 16 tie with a commanding 2-1 victory over Kigezi Home Boys during last time out, which came after a one all draw away to SC Villa in the league, while the visitors were treated to a 2-0 loss away to URA FC on their last time of league action.

This will be the eighth match in UPL between the two sides. Both teams settled for a one all draw in their last meeting in Kakyeka and come into this promising cracker level on points – 25 each from 21 outings. But, BUL sit in 9th place as the Ankole Lions occupy the place that follows.

This will be coach Alex Isabirye’s first league game in charge of the team as head coach.

TEAM NEWS

Forward Joseph Semujju is back after missing six games with injury, but, Hamis Tibita remains absent while the game has also come too soon for Ambrose Kiirya who is still nursing a knee injury.

Sseguja put the home side in the lead on 15 minutes but, Simon Peter Oketch produced a memorable performance with a fine equalizer two minutes later.
